I met Kelly 10 years ago, when I first moved to Gibsons and had placed my son in a local parent participation preschool.

We immediately discovered our mutual passion for real estate, renovations and decorating.

At the time, I had a very small, very old house and was looking to move into bigger/ newer space, but wasn’t sure I wanted to leave detached living…. Kelly eagerly shopped with my realtor and I, until I finally settled on a newer townhouse that still felt private and spacious.

Over the 2 years that I was in that property, Kelly and I did a lot of decorating ! She helped me to stage it when I sold in 2018 (sold in one day!), helped me move ( she drove the moving Truck due to movers not being available on the coast) and organized my belongings into my next house!

Shortly after, Kelly bought the house down the street and has spent the last five years pouring major effort into the transformation of that property, turning it into a beautiful B and B, as well as landscaping a gorgeous food garden and relaxing spaces.
